Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be enthusiastic, reliable, and understand KSCCU's service philosophy. The successful MSS always displays a positive attitude and is skilled at enhancing member relationships by identifying the products and services that will fit each member's individual financial needs. They must be able to multi-task, and be prepared for new opportunities and challenges every day. Prior sales and service experience are preferred, but not required. Full or Part Time Member Service Representative This position performs a variety of teller and member service functions. Successful candidates must make a professional appearance, be enthusiastic, dependable and service-minded. This position requires an individual with a positive, outgoing attitude who can succeed at enhancing KSCCU's relationship with our members. Cash handling, sales and customer service experience are preferred, but not required.
